How does my agent sign in to Zoom?

Your user opens a connect link on prompt-tm.com and signs in to Zoom. Prompt TM stores the token encrypted and adds it to each call. The agent never receives it.

Which Zoom tools can the agent call?

14 tools, from get the current user, list meetings, create a meeting onwards. Each one has a JSON schema, and read-only tools carry a hint so a client can run them without asking.

Can one user connect two accounts?

Yes. Each connection gets its own id and an optional alias such as "work". Calls use the newest active account unless you pass connected_account_id.

What happens when a token expires?

We refresh OAuth tokens before they run out. If the provider refuses, the account turns EXPIRED and your webhook gets a connected_account.expired event. A new connect link fixes it.
