Terms of use
The terms for using Prompt TM, its dashboard, its API and its MCP endpoints.
Last updated 6 November 2026
Who you are dealing with
Prompt TM is operated by dionics media UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Birkhuhnweg 8, 31303 Burgdorf, Germany. Contact: websites@dionics.ai.
What the service is
Prompt TM stores credentials for third-party apps on behalf of developers and their users, and runs requests against those apps when the developer's software asks for it, over MCP or a REST API. It is offered free of charge during early access, with the usage limits shown on the pricing page. We may change or end features during early access; we will tell account holders by email before paid plans start or the free limits drop.
Your account
You must be at least 16 and give a working email address. Keep your password and API keys secret: anything done with them counts as done by you. Revoke a key as soon as you suspect it leaked.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to:
- Connect accounts of people who have not agreed to it, or act in an account beyond what its owner allowed
- Break the terms of the apps you connect, including their rate limits and automation rules
- Send spam, malware or unlawful content, or attack other systems
- Get around the usage limits, for example with many free projects for one purpose
- Probe, overload or reverse engineer the service beyond normal use of its documented API
Data you process through the service
For the end users whose accounts you connect, you are the controller and we process their data on your behalf, under Article 28 GDPR and these terms: only to store their credentials and run the requests your software asks for, with the security measures described on the security page. Our subprocessors are Vercel (hosting), Neon (database, Frankfurt) and Zoho (email). Ask us for a signed data processing agreement.
You are responsible for having a legal basis for this processing towards your users, for telling them about it, and for what your agent does with the access.
Third-party apps
The apps you connect are run by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, for changes to their APIs, or for what they do with data you send them through a tool call.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but promise no particular uptime during early access. Keep your own records of anything important.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where the breach allows one. When an account is closed, its projects and the credentials in them are deleted.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation, and then limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Because the service is free during early access, section 521 of the German Civil Code also applies: for the free service we are liable only for intent and gross negligence.
Law and venue
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers in the EU, the mandatory protections of the country where they live remain in force.
If a clause fails
If one clause is invalid, the rest of these terms stay in force.
Changes to these terms
We will email account holders at least four weeks before a change takes effect. If you object before then, you can close your account.
