    Returns a form's full definition: questions (with their field IDs and refs), logic, hidden fields, settings and theme.read-only

    Creates a form. Each entry in `fields` is a question such as `{ "title": "Your email?", "type": "email", "validations": { "required": true } }`; Get a form shows the shape of an existing one.

    Finds a form's responses with combined conditions on answers, metadata, tags, hidden fields, response IDs and submit time. Every filter in `filter_group.filters` must match.
